ARC FORMS
Below is a list of projects Owners MUST submit an ARC Application for PRIOR to beginning work. This list is not exhaustive and can be amended to or altered by the ARC Committee or Board of Directors with written notification to Owners.
Please provide a picture of what the current layout is for landscaping or the current color is for the roof, house exterior, front door or garage door, etc and what the new landscape or color is going to be.

Fencing, walls, gates, hedges (new or replacement)

Mailbox replacement

Landscaping changes (significant and visible from the street)

Any form submitted with multiple requests will not be approved. Please submit one ARC form per request.

For example: Removing a tree and replacing your mailbox post on the same ARC form. Those need to be on their own separate ARC form and the tree removal request needs a layout of where it's located.

All ARC forms should be submitted for approval prior to the start of any work. Please submit one form along with any necessary samples (i.e. paint swatches, shingle samples, paver samples, etc.) to EBP.ARC@gmail.com (preferred method) or print off and drop off to 3979 (HOA mailbox)
