One way to pay.

Make the check out to East Bay Plantation HOA and include your house number on the memo portion of your check. You can drop it off at the EBP mailbox. No need for a stamp on the envelope. Payments can be made in full or semi-annual.

The fees for 2025 are $486 for the year.

1st payment due: January 15, 2025

After January 30th, a late fee and interest will be added to the total

​

2nd payment due: June 15, 2025 (only if payment is half for January)

*This does not apply to those who pay in full in January

After June 30th, a late fee and interest will be added to the total

You can also give your bank the address and have them mail a check for you.
